The more I sit, the more I want to sit, while the more I exercise, the more I want to exercise, and the more I eat, the more I want to eat.
You get the picture…we tend to want to do more of whatever it is we’re doing. So if we’re procrastinating, or worrying, or organizing, or crafting, or learning we’ll be motivated to do more of it.
