The Principle of More.
The more I sit, the more I want to sit, while the more I exercise, the more I want to exercise, and the more I eat, the more I want to eat.
You get the picture…we tend to want to do more of whatever it is we’re doing. So if we’re procrastinating, or worrying, or organizing, or crafting, or learning we’ll be motivated to do more of it.
The Principle of Compound
Really the idea of ‘more’ is based on the principle of compounding and the idea that small actions lead to big returns. Depending on what those actions are determines whether those returns are positive or negative.
Never have we experienced the power of compound more than these days of Covid-19 where the virus is spreading exponentially. You can read more about the power of compound in this earlier post.
Even in these days of uncertainty, or rather especially in these days of uncertainty, choose actions that foster health and well-being for both yourself and others.
